Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Consultant to lead all training
activities associated with the implementation of our client Engage & Transparency
Reporting System. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and
executing comprehensive training programs that ensure all stakeholders are proficient in
using new systems.

Your responsibilities
- Work with the Change Manager and project teams to support the development of a
detailed training strategy aligned with the system implementation timeline and
organizational goals.
- Design, develop, and update training materials including user manuals, quick reference
guides, e-learning modules, and video tutorials.
- Customize training content to address the specific needs of various divisions, functions
and user levels.
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions (in-person and virtual) for key
stakeholders including employees and management.
- Plan and coordinate training activities during different phases (super user training, train-
the-trainer, end-user training, etc.).
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role-playing, simulations,
team exercises, group discussions.
- Plan and coordinate training schedules in collaboration with project managers and cross-
functional teams.
- Ensure training sessions are appropriately timed to coincide with key stages of the
Engage system rollout.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to users post-training to reinforce learning and
address concerns.
- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and proficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, participant attendance, and
assessment results
- Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and effectiveness to senior
management.
- Work closely with project teams, change management teams, and other stakeholders to
ensure training materials and sessions are aligned with the overall implementation plan.
- Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Instructional Design, Information
Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training and development role, with experience on
IT systems or software implementation would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering successful training programs for diverse
audiences.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage with all stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced matrix environment.
- This role requires occasionally travel to our EMEA hubs with overnight stay.
- Able to work flexible hours to accommodate training schedules across different time
zones
