Job description
Are you ready to take your career to the next level with NATEK? We are offering an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing deep product and technology expertise on SUSE Cloud Solutions. As part of NATEK, you will collaborate closely with A&PS Business Leaders to identify, architect, and integrate SUSE solutions into our overall A&PS offerings. This role also involves partnering with A&PS Education leads to empower our teams with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in SUSE Solutions.

Your responsibilities
Primary Focus:
- Specialize in SUSE Rancher, Harvester, and related solutions, with a focus on Greenlake.
Certification Achievement:
- Obtain SUSE SSS & STSS Certifications on RKE, Rancher, Harvester, NeuVector, and SUSE Edge.
AI Solutions Expertise:
- Understand and integrate SUSE’s AI Solutions with the company’s offerings.
Pre-Sales Engagement:
- Participate in pre-sales discussions, clearly articulating the value propositions of SUSE solutions and technology.
Training and Enablement:
- Lead and conduct training sessions at a pre-sales level for sales and presales teams across assigned GEOs and A&PS Teams.
A&PS Team Support:
- Assist A&PS teams in identifying SUSE opportunities and guide the company and customers through the SUSE purchasing process.
Collaboration with SUSE Leadership:
- Work closely with SUSE European leaders to engage with the SUSE Sales Team on co-selling opportunities.
Service Knowledge:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of SUSE Service offerings to enhance the company’s service portfolio.
Technical Resource Coordination:
- Collaborate with SUSE Resources to manage complex technical architecture, design, and sizing, considering site-specific parameters.
Technical Assistance:
- Work with Worldwide Technical Leaders on SUSE SLES-related products within the company’s portfolio.
Pipeline Tracking and Reporting:
- Track pipeline opportunities, forecast deals, and provide monthly reports in collaboration with SUSE leaders.
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
- 3–5 years of experience in technology industry with focus on technical selling
- Prior knowledge of SUSE products preferred
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Understanding and experience in Kubernetes, developing overtime to become a market expert
- Demonstrate solid technical skills in assigned area of specialization
- Solid knowledge of the HPE Product and Service offerings, and understands the co-selling environment and rules of engagement
- Maintain knowledge of current trends, competitor products and strategies within area of responsibility
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Speaks Fluent English
- Knowledge of effective consultative selling techniques, including active listening, framing, white boarding, storytelling etc.
