3. Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely resolution of issue
4. Manage project financials, including budgeting and cost control
5. Lead Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, facilitating decision-making and strategic alignment

1. +8 years of experience in IT project management, leading large/global IT implementations
2. Proven experience with IQVIA 'Engage' platform (HCP/O engagement management and transparency reporting)
3. Strong background in vendor and stakeholder management
4. Experience integrating systems such as SAP, Concur, and GSR
5. Hands-on experience in project financial management, budgeting, and cost control
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Fluent in English
