Job description
Join NATEK on a position of PMO and support our German customer in the delivery and successful completion of projects.

Your responsibilities
- Project schedule organization (planning, participation, follow-up work)
- Spatial planning within the supervised projects
- Travel organization within the supervised projects
- OPL tracking (open point list) within the supervised projects
- Maintenance of MA/contact lists within the supervised projects Onboarding/offboarding of project staff
- Logging
- Project documentation and monitoring
- Project communication (intranet, newsletter, circular)
- Events (planning, implementation, follow-up work)
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
- 3 years of experience as a PMO or similar role
- Fluent German and English
- Self-motivated person, able to take ownership and drive the tasks to closure
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at the same time
