OpsRamp Platform Management:

• Configure, deploy, and maintain the OpsRamp platform to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and enhance OpsRamp’s monitoring, alerting, and automation capabilities across diverse environments (on-premises, cloud, and hybrid).

Monitoring & Incident Management:

• Design and implement monitoring solutions to track the health and performance of servers, network devices, and applications.
• Set up automated alerting, thresholds, and escalation policies for proactive issue detection and resolution.
• Integrate OpsRamp with other IT Service Management (ITSM) tools to ensure seamless incident tracking and reporting.

Automation & Scripting:

• Develop automation workflows within OpsRamp to streamline routine tasks such as resource provisioning, configuration management, and incident remediation.
• Use scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to enhance automation and custom monitoring solutions.

Collaboration & Integration:

• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Cloud teams to ensure OpsRamp is effectively integrated with other operational tools (e.g., ServiceNow, PagerDuty, AWS, Azure).
• Support integrations of OpsRamp with CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous monitoring and compliance for development environments.

Performance Optimization:

• Analyze and fine-tune monitoring rules and platform settings to optimize performance and minimize false alerts.
• Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and resource optimization for OpsRamp instances.

Training & Documentation:

• Provide technical training and knowledge sharing to other team members on using OpsRamp effectively.
• Maintain detailed documentation of OpsRamp configurations, workflows, and procedures.

• 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or Network Management.
• 1-2 years of experience with OpsRamp or similar IT Operations Management (ITOM) tools.
• Experience with IT monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in setting up monitoring, alerting, and incident management workflows in OpsRamp.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automating tasks and custom workflows.
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) practices, preferably with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
• Experience integrating OpsRamp with third-party tools for unified operations.

Certifications:

• OpsRamp Certification is a plus.
