• Diagnosing and solving technical problems reported by users.
• Installation, configuration and updating of software and computer hardware.
• Remote and direct support for company employees.
• Maintaining technical documentation and reporting incidents.
• Cooperation with other departments to ensure the continuity of IT systems.
• Managing the logistics of IT equipment, including its distribution, maintenance and inventory.
• Monitoring the technical condition of equipment and planning its replacement or repair.
• Contact center services, including accepting requests, providing information and solving customer problems.

• Secondary education or higher, preferred fields: IT, telecommunications or related fields.
• Experience in a similar position will be an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
• Communication, ability to work in a team and high personal culture.
• The ability to manage IT equipment and experience in logistics will be an additional advantage.
• Polish language is a must.
• Knowledge of English.
