Fullstack Tech Lead Developer

Job description

Join Natek and support our client in the development of banking applications for a global environment using innovative technologies.

Development of platform composed of various modules and features. The system is used worldwide. Development ratio: 50% backend – 50% frontend.

Work mode: remote with meetings in the office 2-3 days per month.

Analyze user requirements, create specifications, design, program, conduct system testing, and implement solutions
Act as Technical Leader for the project
Manage development and design projects
Guarantee comprehensive coverage of unit test cases
Participate in code reviews to maintain application quality
Ensure ongoing application maintenance
Engage in refactoring efforts

Min. of 6 years of experience with: Java, Spring, Kubernetes, Angular
Proficiency in overseeing software management for complex technological platforms
Experience with complex projects in large-scale environemnts
Good knowledge of SDLC
Team player attitude
Good communication skills in English language
Ability to oversee teams working remotely
