Job description
Join Natek as a Business Analyst and support a global and well-known pharmaceutical company. You will provide expert business analysis for the Digital Health R&D by being a hands-on business analyst and shaping business critical data projects. Working with key stakeholders to help them to identify and prioritise the technology solutions that will most effectively enable them to achieve their business objectives, as well as delivering high impact business cases for emerging needs. You will collaborate directly with the business stakeholders who are making those life-changing medicines, and the data and technology teams crafting and delivering ground-breaking data-driven solutions.

Your responsibilities
- Business Needs Identification
- Assess and define business needs and areas for improvement
- Business Analysis Planning
- Select the right analysis approach for a piece of work
- Stakeholder Analysis & Change
- Identify stakeholders, and actively build relationships according to individual stakeholder needs and levels of influence.
- Requirements Analysis and Design Definition
- Deliver requirements management plans including elicitation, approvals, processes, risk, dependencies, scope impacts, traceability, testing and validation.
- Lead the work with the business to identify functional and technical requirements, translating the requirements into design specifications reflecting Functional Design, User Interface Design and Business Process Design
- Business Case Definition
- Shape and define the business case, producing detailed business justification for investment
- Solution Evaluation
- Analyse and assess solution proposals
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience of delivering data-related projects in support of pharma clinical trial planning, execution and analysis.
- Practical usage of Agile Methodology, including capturing requirements as user stories and use of JIRA.
- Experience of working with complex integrated systems
- Strong engagement, communication and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills
- Experience of working in a regulated environment (GxP)
- Experience of working with and managing third party suppliers/vendors
It would be preferred if you have:
- Experience as Data analyst
