Job description
How would the role of a link between business and IT on a digital-transformational IT project suit you?
We are looking for a new colleague to the Permission model team, who manages the system of central management of access and disposition rights for the new digital era of the bank.
This team is a Scrum team that builds most of the green field solutions, and they welcome someone who can navigate the complex environment of the bank and can prepare the right assignment for SW development. In their product backlog, they also have their own Customer Journeys with screens in all channels of the New Digital Bank (mobile application, internet banking, assisted channel).
Work model: hybrid, 2x/week in Stodulky, Prague.

Your responsibilities
- Business analysis with a focus on the corporate segment and their needs (disposal, power of attorney, legal representatives, etc.)
- Cooperation in the creation of business assignments and the preparation of a solution proposal, including the design of screens and integrations with other bank systems
- Cooperation with the Product Owner and responsibility for the assigned part of the backlog
- Breakdown of assignments on Epic – User Story – Sub task
- Creation and management of business documentation solutions on Confluence
- Analysis and proposal of solutions for change requests or bugs
- Cooperation in preparation for the implementation of testing
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
- Experience in creating business specifications and workflow diagrams
- Experience in creating system specifications for mobile and desktop applications
- Very good communication skills and ability to discuss with business and technical people
- Experience with REST API (JSON) design
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST (SoapUI, Postman, Swagger)
- Experience with log analysis (Elastic, Kibana)
- Experience with agile way of working and JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma tools
It would be preferred if you have:
- Previous work experience in banking
- Awareness of how to introduce a new product to tender - Human Centered Design
- Knowledge of the business domain of access and disposition rights in the corporate segment
- Knowledge of UML and Enterprise Architect modeling tools
