• Work closely with Product Managers and other engineers to design and develop required systems meeting product requirements
• Develop proofs of concepts to help assessing the feasibility of technical improvements
• Work closely with other developers to define interfaces and integration points, and to estimate workload
• Develop and enhance existing biometric processing and identification SDK products
• Participate in the whole Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Continuous Integration (CI) of the mobile products
• Take lead in system/solution design for different software components
• Follow and implement industry and company-defined development processes

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other computer-related fields.
• Proficiency in Android and iOS development and good knowledge of their respective ecosystems
• Experience in native development (C/C++ for Android, C/ObjectiveC for iOS)
• Experience with a multi-platform development framework such as Flutter, Maui or Cordova is a plus 
• Experience in client-server system integration 
• You are result-driven and innovative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with estimating software development, testing, and deployment
• Able to inspire and motivate others in team spirit, positive attitude and high productivity
• Fluent in English
