• Develop automation solutions based on detailed design specifications
• Test and implement automation workflows, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements
• Work closely with the Automation Solution Architect (SA) to understand design requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of automation solutions
• Apply advanced technical knowledge to operate one or more technology areas or customer groups that are critical or high- risk
• Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for customers
• Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent problems from occurring in team/technology area
• Apply company solutions to meet highly complex customer needs
• Identify additional services that could lead to future service revenue growth
• Provide technical consulting during contract renewal discussions
• Build and maintain strong relationship up to senior management level in assigned accounts
• Design and deliver support solutions using specific industry knowledge and expertise

• Ansible Workflow Design and Visualization – proficient in designing and visualizing
• Ansible workflows to automate complex processes Ansible Enhanced Coding Experience – advanced coding skills in Ansible, with the ability to create and manage playbooks, roles, and modules
• REST API Knowledge – strong understanding of REST APIs, including how to interact with and integrate various services using API calls
• Python Scripting – expertise in Python scripting for automation, including writing, testing, and debugging scripts
• DevOps - experience with DevOps practices and tools, focusing on continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code
• Proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions
• Strong technical skills in scripting and development tooling
• Ability to work collaboratively with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
