• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible for infrastructure, application deployment, and configuration management.
• Design and implement Ansible workflows to optimize deployment pipelines and streamline operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather automation requirements and develop scalable solutions to meet business and operational needs.
• Integrate Ansible automation with Morpheus cloud management platform to orchestrate hybrid cloud environments.
• Develop reusable, efficient, and modular Ansible code for automating various IT tasks across multiple environments.
• Implement DevOps best practices to optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment cycles.
• Monitor and maintain automated processes to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in test and production environments, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest Ansible features, DevOps tools, and cloud automation trends to improve existing solutions.
• Document Ansible code, workflows, and processes, ensuring clear and accessible knowledge sharing.

• Experience in automation development using Ansible, with a strong focus on playbook and role development.
• Experience with Ansible workflow design and automation of complex, multi-step processes.
• Familiarity with Morpheus or other cloud management platforms and their integration with Ansible.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and version control systems like Git.
• Strong understanding of Linux-based systems, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable Ansible code that follows best practices and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across multiple functions

• Have knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud andexperience with their Ansible modules.
• Are familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Have experience with other configuration management tools such as Puppet or Chef.
• Have relevant certifications in Ansible or DevOps practices.
• Have an understanding of IT security, networking protocols, and performance optimization techniques.
