Job description

We are looking for a new Account Manager for our branch in Bratislava.

The AM is responsible for taking care of either one big or several medium-sized clients (B2B), they should have a comprehensive understanding of At&T services, they are customer facing, they oversee all processes, they are also responsible for upselling, and RFPs.

It is a very active role . A person must see "the bigger picture" from the point of view of all services that their customers have and what they can possibly offer their customers in the future.

  • Work time: 3pm-11:30pm
  • Hybrid work mode: 3x/week in the office in Bratislava (preferred) or Kosice
  • Ideally person with strong communication skills & experienced in telecommunication services

Your responsibilities

  • New deals acquisition
  • Participating on bidding processes
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Master existing customer relationships and proactively finding appropriate and accurate business solutions
  • Managing corporate customers allocated across the world (multiple time-zones)
  • Managing daily communication with entrusted corporate customers (B2B environment)
  • Creating pricing offers and recalculations of current pricing models for services 
  • Responsibility for MACD pricing models and it’s changes
  • Data gathering (inside/outside of the company)
  • Tracing activities of respective accounts 
  • Reviewing contracts and service guides
  • Escalating internal teams or associates in order to resolve the dispute efficiently and in timely manner
  • Internal resource utilization and effective management
  • Understanding of corporate services, business solutions and billing models being sold to customer
  • Recognize billing models, platforms and BET 
  • Performing work independently and within defined SLA’s for quality and productivity
  • Compile reports and assist with ad-hoc requirements

Our requirements

To succeed at this job, you must have:

  • Strong customer communication and profound negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in the customer facing projects/sales activities & Graduate/Postgraduate degree from university (Business or Technical) with previous exposure to project management & customer service environment in telecom/IT industry 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to provide supervision and leadership to other team members
  • Goal oriented to meet demanding customer expectations
  • Able to coordinate service delivery between multiple vendors and internal organizations
  • Ability to work independently – learn how to get to teams if info needed, build own network across internal organization
  • Willingness to visit office on regular weekly basis
  • Willingness to work US time
  • Telecommunication products & services (preferrable)
  • Knowledge of At&T enterprise solutions such as voice, data, internet, cloud services
  • Presentation skills, run status update calls and engage  
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines 
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex tasks and issues, work under pressure
  • Attention to details
  • Good team player with positive attitude 
  • Ability to work in multicultural environment
  • Good knowledge of the telecommunication market
  • Flexible & non-standard working hours may be required

It would be preferred if you have:

  • CCNA/CCNP level of knowledge would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of finance and sales is advantage
