Iskra Rizovska
A trailblazer in the tech world, Iskra is not only a Senior Red Hat Linux Engineer, but also a public speaker and mentor for young women in #STEM, who empowers others to bridge the gap between soft skills and technical expertise. She was named the best speaker at the "Women Tech" conference in Brno.
Attendees of her "Mastering the Linux Universe" workshop will embark on a cosmic journey through the world of Linux. This workshop is designed to take their professional skills from soft to hard in the blink of an eye and allow them to open the door to career paths in system administration, network management, and more. Iskra will uncover the secrets of this powerful operating system and explain how to navigate its vast capabilities with confidence!
Lynnette Eyram Penni
Lynnette is a dynamic and motivated professional with a demonstrated background in Information Technology and Services. Passionate about inspiring women in tech, Lynnette engages in educational initiatives and mentors individuals to success. Her commitment earned her a nomination for a panelist at International Girls in IT Day in 2023.
Lynn's exceptional skills and leadership abilities are to bring unique perspectives to her Mentees about aligning technology with humanity. During the mentoring sessions she will reveal valuable insight into the areas of her expertise - IT Project Management and Cloud Migrations and Modernization. She will also share tips on how to build strong relationships with clients and what is the best way of pushing one’s career development in the right direction.
Desislava Krusteva
Desislava is an IT enthusiast, driven by a passion for new technologies, advancements, and transformative changes. She joined NATEK as a technical writer and now, after 9 years with the company, she works as an IT Support Team Lead with experience in ensuring seamless navigation of the digital landscape.
During the mentoring session, Dessy will guide mentees on how to start a career in IT support. The sessions will focus on establishing a strong foundation for success in the field. She will share essential skills and strategies, provide insights, and discuss best practices to excel in IT support roles. Participants will gain knowledge on effectively navigating challenges and adapting to the dynamic IT landscape.
Joanna Chmura
Joanna is a skilled professional with a diverse background in banking, sales, and human resources. For the past six years, Asia has been a key player at NATEK, where she oversees the hiring of top talent for the company's internal structures. Her role gives her a comprehensive view of the industry, enabling her to identify the necessary IT and non-IT competencies that drive organizational success.
As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, Joanna will be the perfect source of information for her Mentees on the intricacies of recruitment in the IT industry and Human Resources department in an IT company. She will also provide guidance on how to prepare the perfect CV for one's dream job.
Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2024 – general information about the event
This year's edition of Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit will take place on 12-13 June in Warsaw and online. Thanks to the hybrid formula of the event, there are no limitations as to who can be a part of it and explore the magnitude of career possibilities. Each year, the conference grows bigger and stronger, with over 11,000 Participants from 88 countries joining the event in 2023.
We are hopeful that this time even more of you will attend the Summit and get to experience its extraordinary atmosphere. It'll be a chance to network, listen to inspiring lectures, take part in interesting workshops and connect with other specialists as well as employers.
