Since its beginnings in 2005 as a small team in the Czech Republic, NATEK has grown into a company of nearly 1,000 People across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Our 20th anniversary on the IT market was an opportunity not just to celebrate, but to reflect on our journey, our Values, our People, and our Vision for the future.
For over two decades, NATEK has been delivering results that are meeting or exceeding the expectations of our Customers. From software development to IT outsourcing, reliability has been our signature, allowing us to grow both in the number of our Team Members and in the amount of innovative and tech-driven projects we got to deliver from start to finish. And as technologies and business models around us evolved, so did we. This ability to adapt is what keeps us competitive. As we expanded from our Czech origins into multiple CEE countries, we gained a unique outlook on the industry with both local and international perspectives. This diverse approach to service delivery granted us our success.

As an ISO 27001 and 9001 certified company, we currently provide services to 75 businesses not only from the CEE region, where our Business Centers and Delivery Centers are located, but throughout the whole of Europe, as well as the USA. Over 25% of our Customers have been cooperating with us for more than half a decade or longer.
