We reflect on what happened in the last 12 months in order to be able to better plan our next steps in the world of IT. We know that this fast-developing industry can switch from one tech trend to another in a matter of days. Still, we must be ready for the demands that could appear on the market and be able to accommodate them accordingly.
To assess the work we’ve done in the past 12 months and foresee the nearest future of NATEK, we talked with our most experienced Team Members about how they view the potential directions of progress in the new year. In the conversation, we focused on our recent projects, technologies we are helping to develop and reasons why companies should trust NATEK when it comes to IT outsourcing services in 2024.
What IT trends emerged in 2023?
2023 was a busy year for NATEK Team. We’ve welcomed new Team Members and new Customers, simultaneously keeping up good relations with our existing business Partners. The IT industry offered us a wide range of possible paths to explore, and we were eager to take on these challenges. Which technologies dominated most often in our projects?
"In 2023, we observed a significant emphasis on enhancing IT infrastructure to meet modern standards. Organizations were also looking to transition from legacy systems to Modern Workplace Solutions, with a notable trend being the adoption of M365. This shift reflects the evolving needs of businesses to create agile and collaborative work environments, indicating a market move towards more integrated and cloud-based solutions."

2024 brings forth a host of intriguing questions and opportunities to thrive in the IT world. Over the years we could see the ongoing evolution of technologies, and as an IT outsourcing company, we must stay up to date with all the nuances appearing on the stage. So, what can we expect in the new year? There are some clear winners in this race.
"In 2024, we foresee a growing demand for Cloud migration support as businesses increasingly recognize the benefits of cloud technology. Additionally, there is a noticeable surge in requests for SAP S/4HANA conversion and support, driven by the looming 2027 deadline, prompting organizations to prepare for this transition."

We are currently working on different technologies that use, for example, fingerprints, eye scanning and voice recognition to allow easy and safe access to payments. Apart from that, I can see many companies are still searching for upgraded solutions regarding support for facilitate remote work environments.
