Jana Kruzliakova
As a Business Development Manager, Jana is responsible for developing the company’s business side on a group level and supervising final solutions provided to customers.
Jana’s career with NATEK began in 2012 in Bratislava. In 2014, she was assigned to start a newly forming branch in Sofia, Bulgaria, developing the first customer delivery. Later, Jana was appointed to help development in Poland, where she relocated in 2016. Since then, she has contributed to the company’s strategic objective to increase delivery to its key customers. She’s currently leading a Sales Managers team to bring the new customer portfolio and provide the highest value to clients.
A results-driven strategist, Jana provides expert relationship management to partners. She builds trust through a demonstrated ability to optimize performance. She is passionate about professional and personal development.

Joanna Pejo
Manager in the area of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding who brings more than 12 years of international experience and understanding of the IT industry.
Joanna specializes in acquiring, researching, and managing competences. She has also gained experience in the area of HR consulting. For over 8 years, she’s been associated with NATEK. Currently, Joanna is responsible for recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate and employee experience, and human resources. Joanna is also a fan of the Agile approach and innovation.

Jozef Biacovsky
As a Service Delivery Manager in NATEK Slovakia Kosice, Jozef has been refining service delivery processes, maintaining efficiencies and costs, and providing innovations for our partners. Sound business knowledge helps him unite people around a vision and motivate a team to service excellence.
16 years of career brought him invaluable experience in leadership and people management.Jozef started his NATEK career in 2017 as a team leader for a telecommunication customer. In 2018 he became a Service Delivery Manager.
Today Jozef manages the NATEK’s largest Delivery Center. His IT sector and people management expertise help us build highly skilled teams and ensure effective service delivery.
With the mentees, Jozef will discuss: Leadership, Management, ITIL, IT Service Delivery, IT Outsourcing.
