How has IT project management changed in the current climate? We are glad to show you our first webinar focusing on managing teams and projects in the new, virtual reality. Two experienced managers shared their experience in a webinar “From an on-site manager to a remote leader”. You can watch the recording of the webinar below.

Digital transformation due to COVID-19

Before the COVID-19 crisis hit, many companies had already been working towards implementing strategies to enable their teams to collaborate and communicate smoothly and efficiently. It is true, that especially in IT, the teams were already often spread geographically across multiple projects.
Now with the shock stricken by the pandemic, project and team managers struggled with strategies to help their teams stay focused and productive while working from home.

During this webinar we discussed, e.g. how so many managers thrown in ‘cart before the horse’ situation, regained control and got back on track with managing the new, virtual reality.

The speakers – Managers

Our speakers both have experience as managers. Their quick reactions helped them go through this disruptive period. IT Manager Michal Czub and Service Operation Manager Martin Folta shared their expertise and reflected on the experiences they had following the recent change.
