Digital transformation due to COVID-19

Before the COVID-19 crisis hit, many companies had already been working towards implementing strategies to enable their teams to collaborate and communicate smoothly and efficiently. It is true, that especially in IT, the teams were already often spread geographically across multiple projects.
Now with the shock stricken by the pandemic, project and team managers struggled with strategies to help their teams stay focused and productive while working from home.

During this webinar we discussed, e.g. how so many managers thrown in ‘cart before the horse’ situation, regained control and got back on track with managing the new, virtual reality.
