OPIS STANOWISKA

We are looking for Service Desk Analyst who will be responsible for resolving incidents according to ITIL standards and will be first point of contact for end users in international legal company. It is an opportunity to work with English speaking customers located globally.

OBOWIĄZKI

- Communicating with customers and collaborating with other team members
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic programs
- Ensuring the customer's satisfaction
- Provide first line logging, diagnosis and resolution of incidents and service requests
- Provide end to end incident and service request management to ensure customers are kept updated on the progress of their tickets

WYMAGANIA

- Fluent English language communication skills (written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience at similar position
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical support skills in supporting Windows based PCs and Office 365 software
- Awareness of ITIL framework
- Being able to work in a multicultural, multinational environment
- Problem solving, able to work under pressure with perfect time management
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership and responsibility
- Committed to meeting deadlines and task focused
