Due to the continuous growth of our office in Wrocław we are looking for organized and motivated colleague who will join our team as an Office Assistant. You will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the daily efficient operation of our branch in Wrocław and be the first impression and face of our company ensuring that our visitors and clients are received in an excellent and professional manner.

•Welcoming and greeting on-site guests, clients and customers, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
•Administrating incoming documentation and performing of wide range of clerical duties such as filing, scanning and archiving of documents if needed
•Maintaining office supplies – controlling available supplies, ordering new supplies, making purchase orders and anticipating budget for supplies
•Managing incoming and outgoing post and courier services
•Being the point of contact for external suppliers such as building administrator, cleaning company, internet suppliers and others
•Supporting the project of training funds from administrative perspective - gathering and filing necessary documents
•Purchasing of equipment for local consultants - getting price offers, ordering, creating purchase orders, allocating assets
•Assisting in business travels arrangement - managing of Travel Orders
•Managing B2B contracts - preparing, scanning, purchase order requesting, archiving
•Updating Office Management procedures
•Event organization such as team buildings, language courses, internal trainings, other social initiatives


•Fluent Polish and English
•Excellent customer service skills
•Very good knowledge of MS Office
•Secondary school leaving examination/university degree
•Independence, accuracy and ability to organize your own work
•Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
•Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
•Willingness to learn new things
