OPIS STANOWISKA

"Your role would be to supervise and maintain the multitenant platform hosting the Digital PIN service or AIM service in private Cloud with accordance to availability SLA at 99,5%.
Being part of Devops squad organization it is required from you to perform software deployments, network configuration (web-application firewall, multi-layer architecture) and support customer during incidents or debugging sessions."

OBOWIĄZKI

• react and coordinate the resolution of incidents reported by L1 support through ticketing system
• participate to CAB meeting to plan platform changes for the coming week
• deploy new product release based on Method of Procedure instructions
• perform a review of open tickets with R&D and Service Delivery Managers
• configure new flow for new onboarded customer, test it together with Project team
• enhance Monitoring System with adjusted or new alerts, contribute to Work Instructions for L1 team
• coordinate infrastructure tasks with the team in DataCenter
• coordinate resolution of serious and severe incidents with appropriate teams or 3rd parties
• be part of on-call L2 support after working hours (approx 1 week per month)

WYMAGANIA

You need to have:
• degree in IT/electronics/automation or similar
experience in system administration (Windows, Linux in user mode)
• very good understanding of network configuration and client-server architecture (incl. SSL certificates, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Webservice security, web application firewall)
• knowledge on configuration of webservers like Tomcat or JBoss
• ability to work with database as a user (Oracle, SQL)

To do this job, you must be:
• Well organized and scrupulous
• Comfortable in communication in English on a daily basis
• Problem solver and analytical

We would appreciate if you had:
• ITIL certification
• experience in working on similar position (Operations support in big company)
• experience in using monitoring systems (like Grafana, ElasticSearch)
• knowledge on SOAP and HTTP protocols
• experience in scalability of the architecture
