Our client is establishing new project related to the maintenance and development of technical solutions for one of the biggest automakers in Germany. You will have a chance to learn and develop your skills in extended stack of technologies such as Windows server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix, Voice/VoIP, Cisco, Skype for Business, Avaya, lots of Application packaging technologies, etc. The project has started and it’s in its building phase with a big potential to offer development of your career further for the next decade. If you are a tech savvy, willing to improve your skills and willing to learn or improve your German, follow the lines below.


•Validating incoming customer configuration service requests and implementing them using CUCM GUI or bulk admin toolset depending on the volume and nature of the query
•Implementing (create, cease, modify) customer sites (e.g. partitions, calling search space, etc.) in Call Manager and dealing with config of analogue and PSTN gateways
•Dealing with user device profiles, IPT device configuration, fix phone configuration, hunt groups, pick up groups and all telephony related configurable settings
•Optimizing processes and delivering high quality experience to customers
•Being a reliable partner to our customers


•Telepresence (VCS Expressway, VCS controller, TMS, Conferencing, TPS)
•Protocols (SIP, RTP, DTMF, SAML, SMTP)
•MS Windows Server and Active Directory administration
•General understanding of Networking and VoIP
•MS Skype for Business - Online troubleshooting
• Sufficient level of German  language. If you don’t have it, you need to be eager to learn it.
