1. Project Planning and Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, assign activities, and manage schedules to meet solution milestones.

• Track and address deviations from presales P&L estimations.

• Ensure integration of dependencies from and toward other work packages into project plans.

2. Coordination and Collaboration

• Synchronize engineering, functional, technical, and security specifications across team members.

• Collaborate with Solution Design and Architecture (PDA) teams to understand high-level solution designs.

• Work with Product Owners to plan updates and synchronize product deliveries.

• Cooperate with IVVQM teams for testing, validation, and integration of solutions, including on-site deployments.

3. Risk and Change Management

• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and changes, providing input to Change Management processes.

• Report on project progress, risks, and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

4. Quality and Compliance

• Ensure delivery packages include all necessary documentation and meet security and quality standards.

• Coordinate security assessments, including risk analysis and penetration testing, with SSA teams.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Manage 3rd-party solutions and partnerships, ensuring specifications, integration, and acceptance criteria are met.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external customers, and subcontractors.

Key Deliverables:

• Detailed and realistic project plans with minimal deviations.

• Comprehensive risk analysis and mitigation strategies.

• On-time delivery of complete solution packages with high-quality documentation.

• Accurate and up-to-date reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

• Work Package Management for software and system engineering.

• Strong technical project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including testing, risk management, and architecture.

• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• Expertise in security lifecycle support and vulnerability assessments.

• Experience with SOC (Security Operation Center) design and cybersecurity operations. Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to travel up to 20%, with occasional peaks above this level.

• Ability to work in a restricted or complex environment with minimal supervision
