Your responsibilities

  • Good knowledge as a MS Active Directory administrator
  • Good knowledge in Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016,2019, Windows Security, DHCP, DNS
  • Experience with direct technical and subsequent support
  • Experience in communicating with stakeholders with different backgrounds
  • Good communications and collaborations skills

Our requirements

  • Provide technical support for AD On-Prem service and perform tasks , related to AD migration from On-Prem solution to cloud 
  • Resolve and appropriately complete assigned cases and change requests , as well as acting as a 1 point of escalation for support issues following Migration from On-Premise AD
  • Technical support to 3rd level team for testing Cloud – solutions
