Our client is aiming at managing and transforming the full Information Technology infrastructure underpinning the Commercial Banking Operations in European major countries. Focused on harnessing leading-edge innovation, monitoring trends in the banking and IT industries, and identifying emerging disruptive technologies to be rapidly introduced in production.#LI-AW1
Your responsibilities
• Installation, administration and maintenance of Tibco products (full list below)• Support the Incident, Problem and Change management processes
• Technical support to developers and application managers (running services and new implementations)
• Performance and capacity management of the administered systems
• On-call duty 24*7 (one week every 2 months)
• Change activities outside standard working hours (for production only)

• Assertiveness and confidence
• Ability to recognize and manage inter-dependencies
• High level of autonomy and flexibility
• Willingness and determination to integrate in a complex environment
• Structured approach to problem solving
• Ability to perform under potential stressful conditions
• Basic knowledge of J2EE
