Job description
We are looking for a System Analyst to join a development team building an application that supports the corporate credit process.
The system manages the credit workflow for corporate clients, and the role involves translating business needs into clear technical requirements for the development team.
The position is remote, with team meetings in Warsaw approximately once a month. The first working day takes place at the Warsaw office.

Your responsibilities
• Gather and analyse business and user requirements, then translate them into system requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and prepare documentation that the development team can use.
• Create and interpret BPMN and UML diagrams.
• Analyse integrations involving REST APIs and message queue systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Use SQL to analyse data and prepare test data.
• Apply acceptance testing techniques and use GenAI tools during system analysis.
• Work with the development team to resolve analytical and technical issues.
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in system analysis.
• Knowledge of system analysis methods and tools for gathering and modelling requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience creating and reading BPMN and UML diagrams.
• System Analyst – Corporate Credit Workflow
• Practical experience with REST APIs and message queue systems; at least basic knowledge of RabbitMQ.
• Basic SQL skills, including the ability to prepare test data. Experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle SQL is relevant.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architect and Postman.
• Knowledge of acceptance testing techniques and experience working in Agile.
• Ability to use GenAI tools in system analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• A degree in a STEM field or a relevant quantitative field, such as econometrics.
It would be preferred if you have:
• Knowledge of ECM.
• Familiarity with IT product development methodologies.
