System Analyst - Backend Domain Teams

Job description
We are looking for two System Analysts to join separate domain teams working on long term backend projects. One team focuses on current accounts and deposits, while the other works in the investment funds domain.
Both roles require a strong understanding of how to design services, APIs and event driven communication. The investment funds team works on solutions related to investment funds and brokerage operations.
Direct experience in this domain would be valuable, although strong API and service design skills are the priority. Candidates with banking experience and a strong backend analysis background are also welcome.
The roles are remote, with occasional in person meetings or workshops.
The first working day takes place at the office.
Your responsibilities
• Design backend services and REST APIs.
• Design event driven communication using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Model processes and solutions using UML and BPMN in Enterprise Architect or another modelling tool.
• Take ownership of analytical tasks and proactively propose solutions.
• For the investment funds team, analyse requirements and solutions related to investment funds and brokerage operations.
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in designing APIs and backend services.
• Experience with event driven communication and REST.
• Ability to create and work with UML and BPMN models.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect or another modelling tool.

• A technical degree in a STEM field.
• Independence, initiative and the ability to develop and present your own solutions.
It would be preferred if you have:
• Experience with investment funds or brokerage operations.
• Familiarity with MongoDB.
• Experience using AI tools.
