• Developing and maintaining clinical data standards and related tools
• Participating in the design and implementation of data-driven solutions
• Supporting strategic decisions and contributing to quantitative decision-making processes
• Acting as an expert in collaboration with external partners and providers
• Ensuring adherence to best practices and driving the adoption of standards
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge sharing
• Analyzing, summarizing, and presenting results to different stakeholders

•  At least 5 years of experience in clinical data standards development, especially within the pharmaceutical industry
• Expertise in CDISC and other clinical data standards
• Familiarity with standards development platforms and tools used in the industry
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python
• Project management experience in a relevant field
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a global team environment
• BSc degree or higher in a relevant subject such as statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science, life science, or engineering
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with load testing tools like LoadUI or JMeter (nice to have)
