• Developing and maintaining MuleSoft-based integrations.

• Supporting the transition from MuleSoft to SAP Integration Suite (SAP CPI).

• Designing and implementing API-led and event-driven architectures.

• Building scalable, cloud-native integration services.

• Collaborating with software engineers, data engineers, architects, QA engineers, and platform teams.

• Contributing to modernization initiatives involving microservices, Kafka, Quarkus, FastAPI, Azure, and DevOps practices.

• Designing, developing, testing, operating, and maintaining software.

• Taking full-stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code.

• Creating optimal designs adhering to architectural best practices, considering scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Performing analysis on failures, proposing design changes, and encouraging operational improvements.

• Making sound design and coding decisions with the customer experience in the forefront.

• Participating in code reviews and applying feedback to meet standards.

• Conducting code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures.

• Ensuring that product development follows compliance and security best practices.

• Contributing to software reliability engineering standards.

• Contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Reviewing tasks critically and ensuring they are appropriately prioritized and sized for incremental delivery.

• Anticipating and communicating blockers and delays before they require escalation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

• 5+ years of experience in software development/systems design.

• 3+ years of experience working in DevOps environments.

• Strong experience with MuleSoft and/or SAP Integration Suite.

• Solid knowledge of integration patterns, technologies, and best practices.

• Experience with Microservices, SOA, cloud-native architectures, and 12-factor app principles.

• Experience designing and developing secure, resilient, and customer-centric solutions.

• Good understanding of SDLC, software development technologies, frameworks, and coding standards.

• Knowledge of distributed systems, enterprise architecture, and cloud deployment models.

• Ability to assess both short- and long-term impact of technical solutions across the enterprise.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to innovation and emerging technologies.
