In your new role, you’ll be a member of the R&D Business Unit in Sofia and global engineering community. You’ll join a distributed team consisting of members on site in Sofia and remote experts Germany.
#LI-RG1 Your responsibilities
- Work with colleagues/team members from many international locations of R&D Business Units
- Develop / modernize/ refactor C++ code on one of our main Travel Platforms
- Writing and understanding complex code
- Improve resilience and monitoring capabilities
- Design and transform application architecture towards cloud technology
- Automate provider integration processes
- Build functional knowledge on application scope and associated domain
- Actively participate in code reviews, team meetings, and discussions
Our requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a C++ developer
- Good level of written and oral English communication skills
- Confidence to write high quality code in a complex application
- Eager to learn and develop yourself
- Experience with no-SQL and SQL databases is considered an advantage
- Experience with Java/Kotlin/Go is considered an advantage
- Comfortable work in a distributed agile environment in an international team
