Job description
Join NATEK as an Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and support projects for one of our clients that provides technologies and services that enable companies and governments to verify identities and protect data, ensuring safety. You will be part of an agile team working in the area of digital identity and security.
Location: Prague – hybrid 3x per week

Your responsibilities
• Work in a DevOps team managing cloud-based products, following the SRE approach.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and automation tools.
• Perform system monitoring with real-time monitoring tools.
• Provide technical direction for changes with high-risk impacts on customer SLAs.
• Ensure completion of handover milestones to comply with contractual SLAs.
• Responsible for the deployment of products in the cloud.
• Conduct onboarding tests, communicate technical risk concerns, and help prepare mitigation plans.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support in shifts
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• Min. 5 years of experience in similar role
• Experience with scripting/development in Bash or Python
• Ability to write scripts and understand/debug Linux administration
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes
• Advanced knowledge of Git
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS
• Understanding of networking concepts
• Basic knowledge of Terraform
• Basic knowledge of Helm
It would be preferred if you have:
• Experience with CI/CD and GitLab (basic knowledge is mandatory)
• Knowledge of Apache/Webserver
• Understanding of public cloud environments, preferably GCP
• Basic knowledge of databases
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog or similar
• Good command of English, enabling effective communication in an international environment
