• Operate and maintain cloud-based products in a DevOps/SRE environment.

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.

• Perform real-time system monitoring and incident response.

• Provide technical direction for changes with potential high impact on SLAs.

• Ensure handover milestones are completed according to contractual SLAs.

• Deploy applications in cloud environments.

• Conduct onboarding tests, assess technical risks, and prepare mitigation plans.

• Scripting/Dev: At least one language (preferably Bash or Python) for automation and Linux administration.

• Kubernetes: Advanced experience deploying and managing clusters.

• Git: Advanced knowledge of version control and workflows.

• SSL/TLS: Basic understanding of certificates and secure communication.

• Networking: Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, and routing.

• Terraform: Experience with cloud infrastructure provisioning and IaC principles.
