Your responsibilities


  • As part of the Services Team we are looking for a passionate hands-on engineer who has a heart for operating Microsoft SharePoint.
  • You will be responsible for all global SharePoint Instances at on-premise and cloud based SharePoint-Online solutions.
  • In this role you will deploy, run and administrate SharePoint components and deliver the promised service according to SLA portfolio.
  • You will drive efficient solutions and provide support to other Teams.
  • You will be working in the SharePoint Team and support the migration team
  • Support internal teams in the SharePoint on-prem and SharePoint-Online services.
  • Installation of new versions, patches
  • Close customer contact during operative work
  • Documentation of all executed tasks in a ticket tool and CMDB
  • Proactive capacity and performance management of systems and system components
  • Support our agile planning and execution approach based on Scrum and SAFE
  • Ensure global IT support based on follow-the-sun organization 24/7 availability on the various systems

Our requirements


  • 5+ years of SharePoint Systems Administration experience preferably within large global companies
  • Experience with the current SharePoint system configuration, search configuration, the central administration console; ability to manage SharePoint farms
  • Knowledge in ITIL processes
  • Fluent English
