Salary offer: minimum 1500 EUR Gross/ month; depends on seniority.*

- Understand and become a subject matter expert of the break-fix environment and processes associated with end users services

- Provide excellent customer service in line with agreed contracts and accountabilities

- Work with a mindset of proactive work with continuous service improvement

- Provide a point of escalation for both the customer and the customer affecting internal delivery failures

- When required, become involved with the break-fix process when issues are not progressing

- Provide performance management reporting of the services as required

- Be accountable for certain pro-active aspects (e.g. certificate refresh) of the services as required

- Work with other organisations or 3rd parties to ensure a reliable high-quality service


If you consider yourself a person, who:

- Is an excellent communicator (verbal, presentation, e-mail)

- Is a good data analyst, able to summarise issues and produce high-quality reports

- Has a broad technical understanding of technical infrastructure and security

- Has a good understanding of the ITIL model

- Understands the relevance and has the experience with the impact of transferring projects into operations from a technical and operational perspective

- Is able to work independently and responsibly with a minimal supervision
