Service Manager for Backup Solutions

Job description
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and oversee backup systems while ensuring the reliability and integrity of data recovery processes. The role requires a strong technical background, hands-on expertise with CommVault, and a good understanding of ITIL frameworks and storage systems.

Your responsibilities
- Ensuring the availability, reliability, and integrity of backup and restore processes.
- Managing and overseeing backup systems using CommVault.
- Troubleshooting and optimizing backup configurations.
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
- Expertise in CommVault (3+ years minimum).
- ITIL Framework familiarity (mandatory).
- Knowledge of storage systems and data recovery strategies.
- Hands-on backup experience (3+ years).
- English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of German is an advantage.
