• Resolve L2/L3 incidents, problems and service requests for Windows Server infrastructure across 30–40 client environments.

• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file and infrastructure services; patch and harden Windows Server estates.

• Operate and troubleshoot Nutanix clusters (AOS, AHV, Prism Central), including lifecycle upgrades with LCM, capacity and performance management.

• Support other hypervisors in use across client environments (e.g. VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).

• Take part in building, then operating, a production Nutanix environment with Calm/Self-Service, Flow micro-segmentation and Nutanix Kubernetes.

• Plan and execute changes under ITIL change management, in and out of business hours.

• Manage vendor support cases on behalf of the client’s customers.

• Carry out proactive work: health checks, capacity reviews, backup verification, documentation and runbook updates.

• Automate recurring tasks with PowerShell, Ansible or Nutanix Calm.

• Record all work in ServiceNow.

• 5+ years hands-on Windows Server administration at L3 level in an enterprise, data-centre or managed services environment.

• Expert knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.

• 3+ years hands-on Nutanix experience: AOS/AHV, Prism Central, LCM upgrades and troubleshooting.

• Working experience with at least one other hypervisor (VMware vSphere or Hyper-V).

• Scripting in PowerShell.

• Working in ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, request) with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM tool.

• Fluent English, written and spoken (C1).

• Resident in Bulgaria and able to work from Bulgaria only.

• Willing to take part in the standby rotation and to undergo security vetting.

• Hands-on Nutanix Calm/Self-Service, Flow or Nutanix Kubernetes Platform; general Kubernetes knowledge.

• Nutanix certifications (NCP-MCI, NCM-MCI) or Microsoft certifications.

• Existing NATO or national security clearance.

• Ansible or other infrastructure automation.

• Enterprise backup tools (e.g. Veeam, HYCU) and Linux basics.
