Job description
At NATEK, we are seeking a skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join one of the largest brewing companies in the world. This role involves leading the technical strategy, architecture design, and governance of the Core Unified Platform (CUP), ensuring the platform enables high-quality data engineering, analytics, and machine learning capabilities across the European zone. The project focuses on designing, evolving, and optimizing a modern, scalable Data and Machine Learning Platform across Europe, aligning closely with globally defined architecture standards while adapting to local requirements (regulatory, business, and operational). The project involves close collaboration with global architecture and engineering teams, European business stakeholders, data product teams, and external partners, aiming to deliver a world- class data platform thatpowers business innovation, insights, and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities
▪ Adapt the global Core Unified Platform to European business priorities, regulatory needs, and market conditions.
▪ Define and execute the European data & AI platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
▪ Champion governance, compliance, and risk management to protect business operations and brand trust.
▪ Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (DevOps, MLOps) to accelerate innovation and time-to-market.
▪ Align platform capabilities with business growth, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
▪ Lead cross-regional collaboration between European stakeholders, global teams, and data product owners.
▪ Advocate and secure platform investments based on measurable business value.
▪ Mentor engineering teams, build high-performance culture, and foster communities of practice.
▪ Monitor emerging trends and introduce innovations that create competitive advantage.
▪ Drive innovation to solve complex business challenges.
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
▪ 8+ years of experience in a similar role
▪ Proven strategic leadership in enterprise-scale data & AI platform initiatives.
▪ Deep experience in cloud-native architecture (Azure, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake, Azure ML) and big data engineering (Spark, ETL, data warehousing).
▪ Track record in aligning technical platforms with business strategy and regulatory compliance (GDPR).
▪ Skilled in governance frameworks, cost optimization, and performance tuning at scale.
▪ Adept at influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
▪ Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
▪ Strong team leadership and mentoring experience.
