· Drive the evolution of our code quality framework, ensuring our technical excellence supports our business growth

· Define and advocate for top-tier coding principles and architectural best practices across all teams

· Act as a technical lead and mentor, hosting workshops and sessions to elevate our collective engineering skills

· Lead the implementation and optimization of SonarQube from both a developer/end-user perspective and an administrative/governance standpoint (rules, quality gates, and reporting)

· Partner with architects to bake quality into the CI/CD process, making it a frictionless part of every developer's day

· Advocate for maintainability and system stability during technical design discussions

· Modern dev mindset and a solid grasp of system design and design patterns

· Strong programming skills in Java (highly preferred), JavaScript, or Python and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies

· Practical experience with quality automation tool - SonarQube (or similar), from custom rules to governance

· Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and the role of code quality in delivery automation

· Ability to drive organizational change and align diverse teams toward a common goal

· Leadership skills including mentoring and coaching

· Fluency in English
