• Collect, analyse, and document business requirements for SharePoint solutions through stakeholder workshops, including validation with business departments and alignment on acceptance criteria.

• Analyse and redesign the existing SharePoint environment, including structure, permissions, and navigation, and implement a centralized authorization and role-based access model.

• Define and implement standardized information architecture, including document storage structures, metadata concepts, and governance rules to improve searchability and compliance.

• Assess technical capabilities and limitations of Microsoft 365 and support the restructuring and migration of content into the new SharePoint environment.

• Design and deliver low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint lists, and dashboards to support reporting and operational needs.

• Support non-technical business users in designing and implementing small-scale digital solutions based on defined requirements and best practices.

• Create and maintain SharePoint pages, ensuring consistent, intuitive, and user-friendly navigation aligned with the organizational structure.

• Deliver training sessions and prepare documentation, including technical documentation, user guides, and video tutorials.

• Participate in project coordination meetings and ensure structured delivery and handover of implemented solutions and artifacts.

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering software development projects based on Microsoft SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

• Proven experience designing and implementing permission and authorization concepts

• Strong ability to structure complex document management systems and metadata models

• Experience preparing and delivering end-user training

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills within defined project environments

• German and English language skills at minimum B2 level

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
