Job description
The SRE & BI Development Team Lead leads and manages the Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Business Intelligence (BI) development teams to ensure reliable, high-performing production environments and BI solutions. This role focuses on aligning technical initiatives with business goals, driving operational excellence, and fostering collaboration across teams.

Your responsibilities
- Leads and mentors the SRE and BI development teams, ensuring their work aligns with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery while maintaining alignment with business needs.
- Develops and implements strategies to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance, optimizing operational efficiency across all environments.
- Oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of application releases, load tests, and configuration changes to maintain system stability and reliability.
- Continuously monitors team performance, providing regular feedback and mentorship to support professional growth and skill development.
- Drives automation initiatives and identifies process efficiencies to enhance team productivity and improve overall system performance.
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
- Minimum 6 years of experience on a similar position with the following technologies:
o Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
o Operating Systems: Linux/Unix, Windows
o CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible, ArgoCD
o Application Monitoring: Dynatrace
o Programming & Scripting: Python, Bash
o Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL databases
o BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI
o Cloud Platforms & Solutions
o Cybersecurity Tools: CyberArk, Vault
o Agile Methodologies: Jira, Confluence.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong ability to deliver solutions.
- Availability to come to the office at least 2 days per week
