VACANCY DESCRIPTION

For NATEK Poland we are looking for Senior Project Manager to join projects in the banking/finance industry.
This is an exciting, challenging and rewarding role for a dynamic Project Manager with a passion for delivering excellent products and services.

DUTIES

- Experience working for a large, international corporation and comfortable working in a complex matrix organization
- Opportunity to contribute to department wide objectives
- Manage projects to deliver against agreed scope, on time and within budget
- Plan and manage budget, resources and milestones
- Working according to the internal project methodology
- Develop business and technical requirements through consultation with key client stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 10 years’ experience as an IT-Project Manager, managing large and complex IT Infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in managing large, geographically distributed project teams successfully o PMP/Prince2 or other project management certification
- Large experience in running projects according to Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Fluent English communication skills

Nice to have :
- Banking/finance experience
