Project Manager

Job description

For NATEK Poland we are looking for experienced Project Manager to join project in banking/finance industry.

Your responsibilities

- Managing, planning, organizing, implementing and delivery of an international IT project
- Responsible for scope confirmation, definition of implementation approach and scope management
- Plan, coordinate and ensure the timely and on-budget delivery of all necessary software deliverables
- Management of project risks, dependencies, stakeholder and business clients
- Progress tracking of tasks and milestones within the projects and dependencies external to the projects
- Participation in project review boards and project lifecycle quality reviews
- Regular communication with global development teams

Our requirements

- 4+ years of experience in IT project management
- Detailed understanding of software delivery project lifecycles (SDLC)
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies
- Proven track record of managing large IT projects – budget, scope, quality and risks with globally distributed teams
- Understand the front-to-back business process
- Teamwork and good communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
