· Plan, organize, and lead UAT cycles, collaborating with business users and technical teams to ensure smooth test execution

· Write and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and scripts based on user stories and project documentation

· Review and validate test materials, scripts, and data generated by the broader testing team for accuracy and completeness

· Monitor, prioritize, and retest defects while proactively managing risks, blockers, and testing dependencies

· Track test coverage and execution trends to deliver clear status reports and recommendations to stakeholders

· Support and coach business testers while continuously improving internal testing workflows

· Track record of defining UAT plans, scope, entry/exit criteria, and overall strategy for complex software

· Strong manual testing background, hands-on proficiency in writing test scripts, managing test data, and executing manual test cases

· Ability to verify, approve, and maintain traceability across test artifacts created by other team members

· In-depth knowledge of the defect lifecycle, resolution tracking, and escalation paths

· Hands-on experience with Jira and Xray (or equivalent test management tools)

· Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong desire to mentor non technical business users through testing
