Job description

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing a modern cloud platform in Azure. Your job will be to optimize development processes through automation, implement DevOps practices, and ensure continuity of integration and delivery (CI/CD).

Your responsibilities

Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure on the Azure platform, ensuring its scalability, security and reliability
Automating development processes, implementing DevOps practices and ensuring continuity of integration and delivery (CI/CD) to increase software development efficiency
Working on microservices-based architectures and event-driven solutions, optimizing their performance and scalability
Provide technical support and advice to development teams on cloud best practices, application security and process optimization
Conducting requirements analysis and designing systems to meet both current and future business needs
Implement monitoring, telemetry and observability solutions to ensure high availability and reliability of systems
Continuously improving and updating infrastructure and applications in response to changing security requirements, technologies and industry best practices

Our requirements

To succeed at this job, you must have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cloud or DevOps engineer, with proven success in designing and implementing cloud solutions
Deep knowledge of the Azure platform, including cloud services, identity management, networking, storage and compute
Experience in automating development processes and implementing CI/CD practices, using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo or similar
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration, particularly Docker and Kubernetes, and experience managing them in a production environment
Programming and scripting skills in languages such as C#, Java, Python to support software development and infrastructure automation
Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven patterns, and experience implementing them in cloud environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, mentor and support development teams
