Job description

Reporting to the Country Manager, the Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving enterprise sales within the areas of Nearshore Delivery Models, Managed Services, and Time & Material engagements across both new and existing accounts. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships with enterprise clients, understanding their business and IT challenges, and positioning NATEK as a strategic delivery partner. The Senior BDM leads the full sales lifecycle - from opportunity identification (active prospecting), through solution shaping and proposal development, to contract negotiation — with a strong emphasis on value-based selling and long-term business impact.

Your responsibilities

SALES

• Drive new business development focused on Managed Services, Nearshore Delivery Centres, and long-term delivery engagements

• Build and execute account-based strategies for enterprise clients

• Lead consultative sales processes, aligning NATEK solutions with client operating models

• Builds and performs a strategy for approaching each customer in the targeted territory

• Builds and performs a strategy for every single customer by preparing an Opportunity Plan, identifying the customer’s key business challenges and decision units

• Executes regular meetings with all prospects and customers to present NATEK IT services and to check the quality of delivery of current and future needs

• Executes operational tasks related to the initial phase of sales:

e.g. recruitment, price negotiations, purchase orders, and coordination of first boarding

• Customer contract management (validity, conditions, awareness, and fulfilment)

• Account management: plan detailed next steps; penetrate new divisions/teams

RECRUITMENT / TRAINING and RETENTION of TOP TALENT

• Builds strong relationships with recruitment teams to provide them with all necessary information to fulfil customer needs

• Actively participates in the recruitment process and seeks candidate leads to support ongoing sales processes

• Runs communication with candidates to ensure their motivation and understanding of customer environment and the project

QUALITY, REPORTING

• Acts as escalation point under business risks

• Ensures and executes agreed working standards among assigned team

• Reports directly to the Country Manager with regular direct contacts to NATEK Management

• Controls audited procedures, manages customer’s level of Customer satisfaction and loyalty survey

• Prepares forecasts (including revenue and sales growth)

• Reporting on gross margin, marketing/sales expenses on regular basis

Our requirements

To succeed at this job, you must have:

• 5+ years of experience in sales of IT services, preferably in Managed Service and Nearshore Delivery Models

• Minimum bachelor’s degree

• Proven track record in enterprise sales and complex deal management

• Ability to engage with C-level and senior stakeholders

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to focus and prioritise in a fast-paced business environment

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to travel to branch locations for business-related matters

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting

• Positive and persistent approach towards work

• Fluency in English, other languages such as French or German, is a plus
