1. Engage with clients through workshops and interviews to analyze their business processes, requirements, and reporting needs.
2. Advise clients on industry best practices and SAP recommended processes.
3. Design target-state SAP solutions and influence clients to adopt leading and standardized practices for future-state implementation.
4. Analyse the current application landscape and design interfaces for the SAP solution.
5. Lead and perform SAP configuration, testing, and develop specifications for reports, forms, and interfaces.
6. Manage and guide consultant and client teams throughout the implementation cycle, including planning and executing testing, migration, and cutover processes.
7. Provide post-go-live support, including training development, delivery, and user support.
8. Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP solutions.

1. Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodology.
2. A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) module, with at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations.
3. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is highly advantageous.
4. A proven track record of success in a multicultural work environment.
5. Solid understanding of business processes, industry nuances, and best practices within your area of focus.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
7. Capability to facilitate workshops and guide the design of target state solutions.
8. Demonstrated excellence in executing and delivering SAP solutions.
9. Sound business acumen, strong teamwork, and leadership qualities.
10. Willingness to work both locally and internationally, with the ability to travel once per month to client locations.
