Pre-Migration Preparation:

• Organize, cleanse, and assess data quality across SAP systems (including S/4HANA)

• Align migration strategy with business requirements and target data structures

• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies

• Lead legacy data analysis and cleansing across modules such as FI, CO, MM, and SD

• Define and coordinate data cleansing timelines within the broader project plan

• Prepare and validate data for trial migrations (multiple mock cycles)

Migration Management & Oversight:

• Coordinate all migration phases (analysis, extraction, transformation, validation, loading – ETL)

• Track progress across multiple teams (technical, business, external partners)

• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and data integrity

• Resolve migration issues in collaboration with technical teams

Team Coordination:

• Act as the central communication point between stakeholders and delivery teams

• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical execution

• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones

Quality & Risk Management:

• Oversee data validation and testing processes

• Implement monitoring and early risk detection mechanisms

• Ensure migration outputs meet defined business and technical standards

Documentation & Communication:

• Maintain clear documentation of migration processes and progress

• Support internal teams with best practices and tools

• Deliver post-migration reporting and knowledge documentation

Technologies & Tools:

• SAP Migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, BODS, BTP)

• SAP BW, SQL, ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend)

• Microsoft Excel (advanced level required)

• Project management tools (e.g., JIRA)

• SAP Cloud ALM (nice to have)

• 3+ years of experience in SAP migration or transformation projects

• Strong hands-on SAP knowledge (ECC and/or S/4HANA) across Finance, Procurement, Sales, or Logistics

• Experience with data migration from legacy systems

• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
