• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations using SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI

• Build APIs and integration services connecting SAP and non-SAP systems, business applications, microservices, event streams, and cloud services

• Develop new integrations supporting the modernization of a large-scale enterprise integration landscape

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing production integrations

• Support cloud-native and microservices-based architectures

• Participate in system design, integration architecture, and technical decision making

• Apply Enterprise Integration Patterns to design reliable and scalable integration solutions

• Perform code reviews and ensure engineering best practices

• Support CI/CD and DevOps processes

• Ensure security, reliability, scalability, and compliance of integration solutions

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• 5+ years of experience in Integration Development

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI

• Experience with SAP PI/PO

• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and enterprise system integrations

• Experience with Microservices and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)

• Experience with System Integration Design

• Good understanding of Software Architecture fundamentals

• Understanding of Cloud-Native Architecture

• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments

• Strong communication skills

• Experience with SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite / CPI migrations

• Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture

• API Management and API Gateways, e.g. Kong or Apigee

• Java and Quarkus

• Microservices development

• Microsoft Azure

• Kubernetes

• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Jenkins

• Experience with Cloud-Native and 12-Factor Applications
