SAP Finance Integration Specialist

In this role, you are part of the Global IT AMS SAP Support Team as an expert of SAP Integration domain.


Your responsibilities

In this Role the IT SAP Finance Integration Solution Specialist will: 

  • Contributes to SAP Project deployment team to a smooth transition to support
  • Integrate SAP with other systems: interfaces set up, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Timely response to incidents and changes opened to the SAP Application support team
  • Identifies and solves problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
  • Apply customizations and transports to resolve issues or to fulfil business requests
  • Works with Developers to create solutions to client needs through application of personal experience, methods and tools; Validates solutions to subject matter experts
  • Makes the link between the business key users / functional support and the support level 3 or external vendors, when the issue cannot be solved directly
  • Execute testing (Integration & Non-Regression testing)
  • Maintain technical documentation for the supported SAP areas
  • Ensures the execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in a timely manner
  • Support and backup other team members / SAP areas (ex. SAP PP/QM/IM)
  • Ensure positive working relationships with Clients, Peers, Employees, and Contractors
  • Demonstrate accountability and contribution to the successful realization of client goals


Our requirements

  • University degree in IT, Finance or equivalent
  • 4+ years of IT experience with SAP Finance & Systems Integration (Invoices, Payments, Bank Statements, etc.)
  • Fluent English
  • Strong understanding of business process integration from a various applications with SAP
  • FIORI knowledge is plus
  • Strong experience in SAP solutions support and delivery
  • Experience in SAP system integration & interfaces with other systems set-up and monitoring (iDocs/XML messages)
  • IT knowledge of SAP Finance area
  • S4 HANA knowledge is a plus
  • BRF+ knowledge is a plus
  • Experience working with Service Desk ticketing system (Service Now & JIRA ideally
