Job description
The SAP Finance Integration Consultant is responsible for supporting SAP Finance processes, integrating SAP with other systems, and ensuring smooth project and production operations. This role focuses on FI Invoicing, with some exposure to Controlling (CO) and other SAP areas as needed. The consultant will bridge the gap between business key users, functional support teams, and technical developers.

Your responsibilities
• Contribute to SAP project deployments and ensure smooth transition to support
• Integrate SAP with other systems: interfaces setup, monitoring, troubleshooting
• Respond promptly to incidents and changes in SAP Application support (via ServiceNow/JIRA)
• Analyze and resolve issues using experience, judgment, and functional knowledge
• Apply customizations and transports to fulfill business requests or resolve issues
• Collaborate with developers to design and validate solutions for business needs
• Serve as a link between business users, functional support, and Level 3 / external vendors
• Execute integration and non-regression testing
• Maintain technical documentation for supported SAP areas
• Ensure timely execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Support and back up other team members or SAP areas (e.g., PP, QM, IM)
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, peers, employees, and contractors
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• University degree in IT, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of IT experience in SAP Finance and Systems Integration (Invoices, Payments, Bank Statements, etc.)
• Strong experience in SAP FI, including invoicing processes
• Basic knowledge of SAP CO (Controlling)
• Experience with SAP system integration and interfaces (IDocs, XML messages)
• SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus
• BRF+ and FIORI knowledge is a plus
• Experience using Service Desk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA preferred)
• Strong understanding of business process integration across multiple systems
• Hands-on experience in SAP solutions support and delivery
• Ability to perform testing, debugging, and minor ABAP enhancements
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization
• Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
It would be preferred if you have:
• Experience working in a global corporate environment
• Knowledge of Finance & Supply Chain structures and DMI
• Familiarity with SAP PP/QM/IM areas
