• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for SAP FI/CO modules, including issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.

• Handle complex incidents and problems escalated from 1st line support.

• Perform bug fixing, configuration adjustments, and functional enhancements.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure SLA compliance and high-quality service delivery.

• Support in resolving Change Requests provided by customer

• Configure and support core FICO sub-modules including:

o General Ledger (GL)

o Accounts Payable (AP)

o Accounts Receivable (AR)

o Asset Accounting (AA)

o Bank Accounting

o Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

o Internal Orders (IO)

o Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

• Work with integration points between FI/CO and other modules (MM, SD, PM).

• Support finance processes specific to the Oil & Gas industry

• Understand and support complex cost allocation and reporting structures.

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience.

• Strong experience in AMS / Application Support (2nd & 3rd line).

• Excellent knowledge of SAP FI and CO configuration.

• Proven experience with incydent and change requests.

• Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes.

• Experience working with Oil & Gas customers is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle high-priority issues.

• SAP FI/CO certification.

• SAF-T (Standard Audit File for Tax) knowledge and experience with statutory reporting and tax compliance.

• Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) concepts and their financial impact.

• Experience with SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management)
